Course: The course is made up of trails, water, sand, hills, grass. This is a team building event that the runners will thoroughly enjoy. The race is at Lake Wilderness State Park, Maple Valley. 
 
 
Kasey Kahne Checkered Flag 5K
The City of Enumclaw honors NASCAR Champion Kasey Kahne with a Labor Day 5K for high school teams.  The race winds through the streets of Enumclaw in a two-loop, flat, fast, spectator-friendly community run.

Cost: $50 for teams of 5 or more, $20 for individuals.

Cost: The entry fee is $75.00 for both a Boys & Girls team, or $60.00 for one team. Please pay by check (not PO) prior to competition. There is an open run ($5) for coaches, parents, etc. Youth Race  is free T-shirts and snacks are available, with food for coaches.
Deadline: Registration closed after September 9 or when the meet is full (approximately 50 teams depending on team size).
Course: 5000 meters on the trail of Fort Steilacoom Park in Lakewood. About 90% of the course is on dirt roads, trails, or grass, and runners are in view about 75% of the time.  This is the same course used for the Seamount League Pierce division Sub-district & Narrows League Championships.

2nd Annual “Lake Lap” Invitational
Hosted by Bellingham High School at scenic Lake Padden in Bellingham, WA. 
This will be a “low key” invitational, perfect for JV competition or as a Varsity “tune up” for conference championship competition.
 
Course: The course will feature one 2.6 mile lap on the wide and well-kept (compact dirt, gravel, and grass) trail around Lake Padden.

Girls race: 4:00 pm
Boys race: 4:30 pm
Awards: 5:15 pm

Course:  The course is run on Cedarcrest Golf Course itself.  Each year has gotten bigger and better with the course due to stay the same with the additional distance added to get to the 3.11 miles.  Last year we we're measured at 3.05 miles.  Come be a part of a cool event on GREAT COURSE and you'll want to continue to come back.  Spots have filled up fast each year...don't hesitate.
